Is data sent to the JUMO smartWARE Evaluation Datastore?
Data is sent to the JUMO smartWARE Evaluation Datastore if the device is listed in the device overview and is displayed as "Online" (indicated by a green checkmark).

What do I need to do so that data is noted in JUMO smartWARE Evaluation?
A device already sends data to the Datastore in JUMO smartWARE Evaluation. The device must be included in devices/plants in order to evaluate this data.
The desired device can be added to a plant using drag and drop. After saving the configuration, the data from the device is transmitted to JUMO smartWARE Evaluation.

How do I specify the period of time that is evaluated in JUMO smartWARE Evaluation?
The global time range can be modified in the evaluation time range. If there are multiple devices, individual time ranges can also be defined.
The "Time range until end of data" setting is recommended.

Can the data be prepared in JUMO smartWARE Evaluation?
It can be checked whether there is process data for a certain time range in evaluable process data.
Preparation may take too much time if there are larger quantities of data.

How do I represent process data in a diagram?
The process data is shown using dashboards in JUMO smartWARE Evaluation. There is the option of evaluating one or more device channels on a dashboard.
A period of time which is displayed in the diagram can also be set. The "Time range until end of data" setting is recommended. Preparation may take too much time if there are larger quantities of data.

The time range of a diagram can be moved, enlarged or reduced with the time navigator. The selection is saved by clicking on the "Apply time range" button.

How do I display batch data?
When there are a large number of available batches, it makes sense to initially restrict the selection using the filters.
Before batch data is evaluated, a dashboard that has been created previously must be selected. Batch dashboards with the most channel matches are displayed first in the selection list.
If the batch process data has not yet been prepared, this area is prepared as a top priority when the evaluation is called up.
The display of data in the evaluation is restricted to the time range for the batch, regardless of the period of time defined in the dashboard.
