Dashboards (Configuration)
JUMO smartWARE Evaluation
Home / Setup/data overview / Configuration / Dashboards
Dashboards are intended to visualize the process data recorded by JUMO variTRON. The process data can be shown as diagrams, events, information, process values, or also batches in a dashboard.
New dashboards can be created as well as existing dashboards searched for and updated. In the area on the left, it can be selected whether all dashboards or only certain categories are displayed.

New dashboard
The "+ NEW DASHBOARD" button must be clicked to create a new dashboard.
Step 1: Arrange dashboard in the installation

At the start, the dashboard has to be assigned a name and optionally a description. The dashboard must also be allocated to a device space to which the JUMO variTRON with the process data to be visualized is assigned.
All possible device spaces are listed and highlighted in blue in the plant/device overview.
Click the relevant device space and select "Classify dashboard into "device space"" to define the dashboard location. The device space is highlighted in green and applied in the dashboard location.
Step 2: Groups and channels

Once the dashboard has been allocated to a device, the desired process data can be added to the dashboard.
The recording of the four analog signals (temperature T38.1, pressure P54.2, pressure P56.2, and humidity H79.2) was set in group 02 (clean room monitoring) in the "Recorder" chapter. These signals are now displayed automatically with the group and channel designation as a selection option in JUMO smartWARE Evaluation. They can be assigned to the dashboard by checking.
Process data from different devices can also be assigned to the dashboard using the "Add device" button.
Step 3: Limitation to one time range

Once the desired process values are assigned to the dashboard, the time range of the dashboard must be defined. In this example, 30 days (warm data) are available for fast evaluation. The dashboard displays the process data from the last 2 hours as standard.
Once the settings have been saved, the "To the evaluation" button can be used to switch directly to the dashboard.

Evaluation of the dashboard is described further in the "The dashboard" chapter. Optionally, a report or a report template can be created.
All dashboards
All existing dashboards are listed in a table and can be sorted in ascending or descending order in a table according to various criteria.

The relevant dashboards can be added to or removed from favorites using the star. Clicking a dashboard highlights it in color and the "Edit" and "Further options" icons appear on the right-hand side. A dashboard can be duplicated or deleted using "Further options".
Favorites
Favorites enable the user to directly access the most important dashboards.
Only the dashboards marked as a favorite with a star are displayed. Favorites are user-dependent and can be added or removed using the star.
Plant view
All locations and devices are shown with the associated dashboards.

Clicking on a location or a device displays only the associated dashboards in the overview table.
Folder view
Dashboards can be sorted into folders to provide a better overview.
All created folders are displayed with the associated dashboards. When selecting a folder, only the dashboards it contains are displayed.

The "New folder" button can be used to create new folders. The three dots next to a folder that has already been created can be used to rename and, if necessary, delete it. Folders can then only be deleted if they do not contain any dashboards.
The main folder cannot be changed or deleted.
