You can quickly switch between these 3 tenant areas at any time using the 9-dot symbol in the top right-hand corner of the header.

For tenants, a basic distinction is made between "Administration tenants" and "Normal tenants":

Administration of a "Normal tenant" - with Dashboards

Administration of an "Administration tenant" - without Dashboards

Overview

Basic Configuration

The Basic Configuration window is used to customize and display the name, payment method, and an optional description of the tenant. The Payment Method item currently only serves as an overview and can provide support in payment and accounting functions.

Configuration Basics

User Management

The User Management area provides an overview of all users of the tenant. Here, as the Administrator of the tenant, you can set the access rights and roles of the users, view legacy users, invite new users and view pending invitations and requests.

Limits

Limits are for limiting the signals and data sources within a tenant. Limits allows you to set an upper limit for signals and data sources, if required. Once saved, this upper limit cannot be exceeded. The window provides an overview of the maximum number, signals and data sources used and assigned to sub-tenants.

Limits and Quota

Tenants

The Tenants area provides an overview of all sub-tenants of the selected tenant. Sub-tenants can be managed via this window. Here you can change the name, description and quota, move a tenant or set it to inactive. You can also add new sub-tenants. In the process, the users of the parent tenant are also inherited by the new, child tenant (only access rights are inherited).

For data protection reasons, the rights to access the Dashboard and Configuration of the sub-tenant (User Management) must always be granted again separately for sub-tenants. Only the option to access the administration (access rights) is automatically inherited.
