This part describes the parameters of the digital process step setpoints.

Parameter	Description
In use	This switch defines the output of the digital process step setpoint. If the switch is active, the setpoint is output according to value and setpoint type.
Value	This value defines the output value of the digital process step setpoint.
Setpoint type	This selection defines a setpoint type. Possible selections are: Direct On delayed Off delayed On in advance
Function time	This value defines the advance time or delay time depending on the setpoint type.
On-time	This value defines the on-time for pulsating output. The output will only pulsate if both On-Time and Off-Time have a value greater than zero.
Off-time	This value defines the off-time for pulsating output. The output will only pulsate if both On-Time and Off-Time have a value greater than zero.

The digital process step setpoints must be configured in the JUMO smartWARE Setup variTRON. They can be found as follows:
