EtherNet/IP is a communication protocol provided by CODESYS. This protocol can also be used with the variTRON system. At present, licences must be purchased directly from CODESYS.
In the following example, a scanner adapter connection is created via a LAN using EtherNet/IP of two variTRON systems.
