Who can I contact if there is a malfunction with the JUMO Cloud?

If the JUMO Cloud is experiencing a malfunction, please report it to the following email address.

In the event of a JUMO Cloud malfunction, you can also contact your usual JUMO contact person or our JUMO Service.

A JUMO Cloud malfunction is a serious malfunction of the entire JUMO Cloud that significantly affects a large number of users.

Examples of fault messages:

  • JUMO Cloud cannot be accessed

  • JUMO Cloud alarm system is impaired

  • JUMO Cloud batch recording is impaired

  • JUMO Cloud is not functioning as usual (slowed down, time stamps are delayed)

  • JUMO Cloud users can no longer log in.
