Batch function on the device

To be able to evaluate batches, they must be activated on the device. Up to 20 batches can be defined.

In the example, "Chargenanwendung 01" was used and renamed "sterilisator VS 4-8".

The batch is started via digital input 1 of the IO module. The batch is assigned to group "Group 02 Clean room monitoring". This assignment is necessary, as only the process data of the groups assigned to the relevant batch is taken into consideration in the batch evaluation.

Up to 10 batch lines can be assigned to a batch.

Each batch line has an ID, which can be used to filter across batches later. The text from the left column can be edited freely and the content of the right column is set by making a preselection, e.g. batch start. The text preset can be predefined and is filled by the user during the batch or before it starts.
