Reports - Evaluation
The Reports section provides an overview of all available reports in the system. These can be filtered as needed. At the top of the screen, the filter can be activated or deactivated by a mouse click. The Filter button opens the filter options window. The following properties can be filtered:
Name of the report
Trigger
File format
Data from
Data up to
File Name
The reports displayed in the table can be sorted in ascending and descending order by the following criteria:
Report Name
Trigger
Data from
Data up to
Language
Created on
File Name
File size bytes
Several reports can be selected simultaneously with the help of the Shift or Ctrl keys!
Buttons at the bottom of the screen provide various options:
Function | Description |
|---|---|
Create New | Rebuilding selected report |
Delete | The selected report is deleted |
View | Displays the selected report in a new browser tab |
Download | The selected report will be downloaded to the device in use. If multiple reports are selected, all selected reports are downloaded. |
Reporting Orders | Shortcut to page Reporting Orders |
Dashboard | Shortcut to the dashboard stored in the selected report |
