Report Orders
Before generating report documents, there is a report job. This applies to both auto-generated reports and manual reports. This section lists all scheduled report jobs, or reports that are about to be processed (similar to print jobs). The most recently successfully completed report job is also displayed. Orders from reports (test reports) and evaluation (ad hoc reports) are not displayed here.
The table can be filtered according to the following criteria:
Report Name
Report Status
Trigger
File format
By clicking on the different entries in the header you can sort the table by the specific entry.
The filter settings and sorting used last are saved for each user automatically.
Several reports can be selected at one time with the help of the Shift or Ctrl keys!
