Recipient
The Recipients are created individually with different options for contacting them.
By selecting the "Recipient" button, you can edit a Recipient that was created earlier. A new Recipient is created via the Plus button.

Assign the name of the Recipient in the Basic Configuration. The Description field is optional. For the salutation you can choose between Mr., Mrs. or a free text field. The first and last names are entered accordingly.

Individual contacts are activated or deactivated via the "Activated" checkbox. Deactivated contacts do not receive notifications.
Contact Options
Under Template you can choose between different alarm texts and languages. This allows you to send a completely customized email alarm in French, for example.
The same applies to the Messagelines. If you want to use a custom alert provider in addition to the “standard” one, you must first create it. For example, an alert email could be sent not from cloud@jumo.net (standard) but from cloud@kunde.de (custom messagelines).
The alarm via SMS can only be used by using a separate messagelines.
The “standard” always includes the default alarm provider (messagelines) stored by JUMO with an alarm template in German.

Type
Type | Description |

E-mail contact | The specified contact is stored with an e-mail address by which contact is made via e-mail. |
Push over | Pushover is a service that allows you to send push notifications to an Apple/Android app or desktop PC (browser). Simply register on the Pushover website or download the app and enter the “User Key” or API key. |
SMS | The specified contact will be stored with a mobile phone number and contacted via SMS. The alarm via SMS can only be used by using a separate messagelines. |
VoIP | The specified contact is stored with a cell phone number by which contact is made via VOIP. |
Microsoft Teams | The specified contact is stored with a Teams ID and contacted or alerted via a JUMO bot. You will receive the ID after you have added the "JUMO Cloud Bot" (Teams App). In this case, please contact your JUMO representative |
Telegram | The specified contact is stored with a user ID and contacted via a JUMO bot. To obtain the user ID, open the Telegram app. Then search for “userinfobot.” Simply enter “start” in the chat and the bot will send you the user ID. |
Important
For SMS and VOIP, the country code must be observed (e.g.: DE = "+49...")
For the name you can choose between the following options or assign your own name:
Private: Private phone number or cell phone number.
Business: Business phone number or cell phone number.
PrivateMail: Private e-mail notification.
BusinessMail: Business e-mail notification.

AuditLog
The AuditLog is a change log that transparently shows how the object was changed. For some objects, it also shows which target values were set by a specific person. Power users can use the button on the right-hand side to get a detailed view of exactly what has been changed in the configuration.
The AuditLog can be used to quickly trace what happened to the object last. It corresponds to an extract from the Control Operation Archive.
