Retain data for variTRON 300 and variTRON 500 touch

In contrast to the variTRON 500's retainer data management, the saving of the variTRON 300 and variTRON 500 touch's retainer data must be initiated by the PLC program.

The program SaveRetain is provided in the CODESYS of the variTRON. This automatically initiates a save when the setpoint is changed on the controllers and when the setpoint and section are changed on active program generators.

A user-initiated save of the retain data can be triggered by setting the variable gvlOem.xSaveRetain.
