How is the program generator operated?

Program selection

If you click on field :No1: for the program selection, a window opens. All programs are listed here, which are assigned to the program generator.

If you have selected a program, this is now displayed in the field for the program selection.

Operating buttons

The operating buttons in the menu bar only become visible when you are logged in and have the right to operate the program generator.

Start with parameters

If the Start with parameter button is pressed, a window opens. The start section, a start delay and the remaining section time can be entered here. If Start via time has been set in the configuration, the program generator can also be started via date/time.

The selected program is started directly with the Start button.

Using the Manual the setpoints and control contacts are transferred from Configuration .

When the program generator is running, you can jump to the next or previous section.

Program generator status

Normal position

A program is not processed in home position. The Setpoints for normal position is output.

Automatic mode

The selected program is executed in automatic mode.

Manual mode

If Setpoints for manual mode have been configured, these are output.

Pause (program stopped)

The program is stopped and the corresponding setpoints continue to be output.

Tolerance band violation

Depending on what has been configured in Tolerance band violation , the program generator is either stopped or continues to run.
