JUMO smartWARE Evaluation is intended for evaluating and visualizing recorded process data from the JUMO variTRON system. The process data can be evaluated in customizable dashboards based on time or batch and transferred into reports (e.g. PDF, Excel®, CSV).

System description

The recorder app enables the JUMO variTRON system to record process-relevant data and save it in the internal device memory. The JUMO variTRON 500 and JUMO variTRON 500 touch offer the option of acquiring and saving up to 240 analog and digital signals in groups. Up to 60 signals can be acquired and saved with the JUMO variTRON 300.

With the recorder app (extra code 276), recorded process data can be visualized both directly on the HMI of the JUMO variTRON 500 touch in the Recorder View and online via a browser (JUMO variTRON 500 and JUMO variTRON 500 touch) as a live recorder screen. Ten groups are available to the user for this, each with 8 analog and 8 digital channels.

The live view for process data (Recorder View) is available on the JUMO variTRON 500 and JUMO variTRON 500 touch. Process data recording and evaluation is possible with all JUMO variTRON systems.

Recorded process data can be transferred automatically to JUMO smartWARE Evaluation via HTTPS or manually using a USB flash drive.

Process data can be visualized and evaluated by the user in customizable dashboards. In addition to time-based data evaluation, targeted evaluation of batches is also possible. Individual reports (e.g. PDF, Excel®, CSV) can also be created for recorded process data as documentary evidence. Automatic sending by email is possible.
