So that the process data from the JUMO variTRON system recorded in the recorder can be transmitted cyclically to JUMO smartWARE Evaluation for archiving and evaluation, the configuration parameters of the Datastore gateway must be set.

In order to send the process data from JUMO variTRON to the Datastore of JUMO smartWARE Evaluation, the data export and export to the data server must be activated. In addition, it must be ensured that the device and JUMO smartWARE Evaluation are in the same network.

The Datastore URL must always end with "/store". If installed on a Windows® computer, the IP address of the computer, for example, must be stated followed by "/store".

A choice between no encryption and SSL/TLS is available during encryption.

The API key is defined and manually input by the user.

In addition, the period of data transmission and the memory alarm limit value are defined.

Once the Datastore gateway has been set up and the process data to be recorded in the recorder has been configured, the JUMO variTRON can be set up as a device or system in JUMO smartWARE Evaluation.

Export Status

Export Status can be used to check whether there is a connection with JUMO smartWARE Evaluation and whether the data is sent and recorded.

The relevant buttons can be used to initiate manual transmission to the Datastore or delete saved process data.
